# What is an order?

Means a commercial order form, change order or similar document entered into by the customer via any marketplace that details, among other things: \
\
(i) the specific product(s) and related services that will be provided to the customer; \
(ii) the subscription term applicable to such product(s); \
(iii) the fees payable by you for such product(s) and/or services.
